I have been in a sales capacity since I was 10 years old with a paper route. This was my first taste of sacrifice and responsibility. Waking at the wee hours of the morning, EVERY morning and fulfilling an objective has shaped my life in countless ways. 

The top line of Every company's income statement is Gross Sales. Sales is not a profession to me, it's a way of life. Whether one realizes it or not, they are buying or selling from the moment you wake til’ the time they go to bed. Sales has opened many doors in my life; and for this, I will always be a student of the process. There is always a "win, win" option; It takes someone with Ability and Recognition to find it. 

I have come to realize that the most important aspect of business is the relationship. Because I hold my character and ethical sense above the almighty dollar, by accident, I have made lifelong friends while conducting business. 

While membership has its privileges, I am of the understanding nothing is by chance or fate. Most of the success I have experienced is a result of the sacrifices made in order to put in the work. It is up to the individual to decide if they want more out of life. Success to me is not measured in wealth or asset accumulation, but is measured in one’s contentedness in self.

How we will be remembered is dependent to what we do now. I strive to leave a substantial and enduring impact on those I meet. I know now, that life’s goal is not just constant improvement of one's self, but others as well. To be remembered in kind, we must treat others in kind.

While I've had my share of success in my career, I have experienced many setbacks. I am a firm believer that failure is not the Falling down, but the Staying Down. Don't stop getting up.
