For the past 15 years I have lived in the neighborhoods where I show homes for sale. I've invested in several myself. I've also served on the board of homeowners associations where I've lived. I have now bought and sold a condo. For the buying we used an good realtor. He did the usual things, he was nice, we liked him. For the selling, we used Bill Williams and the difference was night and day. It's a buyer's market and we knew that selling our SoMa condo at a decent price was going to be tough.
