Who are you?

I'm a pharmacist who six years into his career developed bi-cubital tunnel syndrome. This forced me out of full-time work as a health professional into a self-employed real estate professional in Baltimore. I had to make some big changes in my financial life to build the savings needed to survive without a consistent paycheck. I share this story with you so you can either avoid the same pitfalls I encountered or dig yourself out of a financial mess.

Who helped you?

When I enrolled in business coaching I was able to consistently improve every two weeks on written goals. By staying faithful to this incremental improvement over time I developed systems to accelerate my improvements in health and wealth.

How did you get into real estate?

A school teacher I knew got into real estate because she couldn't otherwise afford to buy a home. She had a great passion for service. I earned my real estate license shortly thereafter. As a pharmacist I had that same passion for helping as a health professional and I translated that service to my real estate clients.

Can you help me buy my first home or other real estate?

If you live in Maryland I would love to help you, otherwise I would love to refer you to one of the 6,000 real estate and lending professionals I know across the country. That number may seem like a lot but with almost 2 million people out there with a real estate license it can be very hard to find someone that embraces the ideals of integrity and great service. I can refer you in a couple of minutes because I'm very active in the business. I'll insure that you are connected to the right person to find the right home for you.

Do you have seminars or classes?

I'd be happy to speak to your group just contact me and we'll work through the details.

Certifications

I don't think it's necessarily an area of expertise but I find myself working often with health professionals because I am a licensed pharmacist. My passion is getting a win win for the buyer where they really combine what they love and what works financially. I use the same principles I used doing SOAP notes as a pharmacist.

Subjectively - What feelings do you want to have when you own this home?

Objectively - How does it work financially and does it have the concrete things you really wanted?

Assessment - Do the home's we're looking at work for you or are the marketing techniques getting your home sold?

Plan - Let's put a custom search strategy together to find you a great home or get your home sold.
