After years of Owning, Building, Recruiting, Training, and managing several top RE/MAX Real Estate Offices/Companies in the Genesee County area, I decided that working directly with Customer's and Client's gave me the most satisfaction.  My time and energy always felt better spent helping PEOPLE LIKE YOU to obtain their dream of home ownership. 

I DO NOT EMPLOY ANY ASSISTANTS.  WHEN YOU CALL, YOU TALK DIRECTLY TO ME!!  THE BUCK STOPS HERE... as they say.

In this day of modern Computer Marketing, all of the supposedly "Big Producers" have a gang of assistants and message takers.  They make it possible for the Agent to be less available and less accountable.  They also make it easy for you to get lost in the shuffle.  All of these layers of underlings usually do nothing more than answer the phone and make it harder for YOU to get a straight answer; or in many cases...any answer.  After you sign on the dotted line you may never hear or even talk to your agent again.  The "TOP REAL ESTATE PRO'S" are usually too busy finding and assisting NEW CLIENTS  to be bothered with servicing and helping their existing customers.  Unless you receive an immediate "Offer to Purchase," on your newly listed home, or decide to buy one of the first FEW houses you are shown, you may find yourself assigned to an assistant.  LOST IN THE GREAT REAL ESTATE ABYSS FOREVER!

OVER THE LAST 22+ YEARS There isn't much in the Real Estate field that I haven't experienced - I am a National Association of Realtors Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).  As a managing Broker for years I had to perform all aspects of Real Estate Transactions.  From the inception of marketing (Listing) a property to the closing and ownership transfer, or assisting an individual with the purchase of their first home by teaching them the purchasing process, help buyer's with obtaining a mortgage, contract negotiating, drafting documents, review Property Title, verify buyer qualifications, etc.

Home Seller's already have the product (their home), so why do they need me.  Over the years our society and free enterprise system has changed a great deal.  Access to Information nowdays is KING!  Lack of information is SUICIDAL!  People would rather sue you than look at you today.  Unfortunately this sue-happy attitude is a major concern.  Secondly, exposure to the marketplace is more than just sticking your sign out front and putting your house on a dozen or two, free websites.  The average home is on the market in our area for over ONE YEAR now.  Getting "lots of lookers" is not a problem.  Obtaining a bonafide valid offer from a qualified Buyer is a huge problem.  Safety is a growing challenge also.  Many supposed Buyers nowdays may really be thieves just casing your house.  Be extremely careful and fully question all individuals that want to view your home, prior to them gaining access.  They could lie, however if you ask the "right questions" you can usually determiine if they are for real in a very short period of time.  Don't forget to lock-up any of your valuables and also watchout for the medicine cabinet.  It can possibly yield a bonanza to drug seeking lookers.
