Ok....so these were MY buyers at one time. The difference is that I did NOT give them permission of any kind. In this case, the lockbox was a combo and when we were there once they just remembered....and started making repairs and moving things in. In this case our financing was pretty sketchy......

I have no showings set up for today. But this is still a work day.....in real estate we need both, days with clients and days without to keep things moving forward properly. If we don't have time to do follow-up and paperwork, all the showings are for nothing. So today I will: Open 2 new escrows...
