Sounds nice, a 90% LTV refinance with FHA's new program beginning 10/1/08.  But I wonder how this will all play out? Makes me wonder, since lenders can already refinance a loan down to 90%, if anyone is hearing about short refinances already? Is shorty out there?  I thought I'd make this post short.

Is that it for seller funded down payment assistance?  The Nehemiah/Ameridream type programs will be gone in a couple of months? They sure helped a lot of families buy homes.  Sorry to see them go...
