The Dallas area market is doing really well.  It's not unusual to have multiple offers in 4 or 5 days.   There is such a shortage of inventory that homes are moving quickly and ususally for asking price or a bit more.   Homes that sell fastest are, of course, in excellent condition.  Those that h...
