What will become of this amazing mess?  Appraisers who once were amazingly responsive in a very busy market have become Jello maybe even Pudding...a 7-10 day turn time is now the NORM!!! Can one imagine???  I am just thinking out loud but why must emotional industries (like the Mortgage industry)...
