Katy New Home Buyers - Did you get your Home Inspected?  I advise all my clients they should get their home inspected by a qualified Home Inspection Group prior to closing and that includes brand new construction as well as all resale homes. A Home Inspection provides peace of mind and is like an insurance policy as the inspector will make sure any major issues or defects will be addressed in their report. Home Buyers Should do Final Walk-through | Tips as to What to Cover Every Homebuyer should do a final walk-through of the home they are buying prior to closing. I tell my clients In Katy TX the walk-through should be done in the late afternoon or evening of the night before closing or on the morning of closing before papers are signed. Sometimes new home builders have their own prefered day and time to do this walk-through. There certainly can be exceptions to the day the walk-through takes place. Affordable New Homes | North Katy | Raintree Village | 77449   Raintree Village in north Katy has new homes being built by Lennar and Beazer homes. It is becoming very difficult to find new homes at these price points anywhere in Katy and surrounding areas. Raintree Village new homes are being built in a section located off of Clay Road and just west of Fry Road.     I have a client who is a first time home buyer and he is seriously interested in buying a Lennar 2 story home which is yet to be built. This series of screenings start at 8 AM and run until 2 PM. The cost of the screenings is $150 which equates to a saving of approximately $700. Jimmy John's Opens Store in Katy   Jimmy John’s recently opened a new facility in Katy TX. It is located at 24449 Katy Freeway Katy TX and phone is 281-394-2855. I believe this store is owned by an independent franchisee. Jimmy John’s was established in 1983 in Charleston IL and their company states the reason was add to the students GPA and add to general dating ability. There main fare is fresh sandwiches. I think the vast majority of us have heard their Freaky Fast commercials until we cannot stand it any more. However, these commercials did make me curious.   Jimmy John's Katy does deliver but they have a map on the wall and it frankly the delivery zone is not that large.
