Market Report for Catonsville Homes Sales in March 2014. It's a great time to sell a home in Catonsville, MD as the real estate market here continues to grow in 2014! In the month of March 2014 - 44 homes were sold, 12 of which were sold less than 30 days and most of the remaining houses were sold less than 60 days! The number of sold properties this year is also higher compared to last year's sold properities of only 33.
