East Lake Bluff Neighborhood in Lake Bluff Illinois   Subdivisions and Neighborhoods in Lake Bluff – East Lake Bluff Neighborhood   The East Lake Bluff Neighborhood is at the center of Lake Bluff and is the oldest part of the Village.  This neighborhood, it is not a subdivision, includes the central business district, the city hall, police and fire stations and contains a mix of single family homes, condos, and some rental properties.  The name East Lake Bluff is based upon its position east of Sheridan Road and the Lake Bluff train station (and rail road tracks).  East Lake Bluff is bordered by East Terrace Lake Michigan to the east, Lake Forest to the south and Crab Tree Farm and Shore Acres to the north.  Note: The red line shows the border for the Village of Lake Bluff.  Lake Bluff... 09/04/2012
