The number of Ellenwood GA homes for sale that are currently under contract seems to be running neck-and-neck with the numbers tracked last March. But then, we are only mid-way through the month, so there is still time for this year’s pending listing number to pull out in front of last year’s number. Especially if this month is like last month.
