Areas of expertise include asset location for institutional, and more experienced individual real estate investors. Commercial, with an emphasis on income-producing, and Bulk Residential assets. This includes property identification and possible funding for acquisitions, refinances, new construction, and major rehabs across the U.S.

In this arena, I am also able to provide 'on-the-ground' real estate investor services in the Metro-Atlanta area. This includes BPO/Comps, photos, and some contractor services. I have over 28+ years experience in the industry, and have personally bought, rehabbed, and sold real estate. My team is in place.
