  Hudson Beach in Hudson, FL. A Delightful Place To Spend Time     Come and climb the observation tower at Hudson Beach Park and enjoy the view over the water. The beach isn’t large but the sunsets really do make up for that. You can sit in a shelter and enjoy lunch away from the crowds and watch for the dolphin to swim by. The day I was there, a dolphin swam past down the channel to the side of me. Because of the angle, I wasn’t able to capture him.   The beach is located at the end of Clark Street. There are restaurants within walking distance; Sam’s on the Beach and Inn on the Gulf, and several smaller places. You will enjoy watching the boats go by and looking for hermit crabs. Hudson, FL - Homes Sales for July, 2013   The home sales listed here are for single-family, townhomes, condos, and villas in Hudson, FL 34667 and 34669 for the month of July 2013.   81 were sold in July, of those sold, 8 were short-sales and 10 were bank-owned. Solds ranged from a high of $356,000 for 4,415 sf in The Highlands and a low of $37,500 for 1,360 sf in Country Club.   380 are currently Active on the market: of those 30 are bank-owned and 46 are short-sales.   In June 2013, 84 homes sold; 15 were bank-owned; 10 were short-sales.
