Frisco Tubing Hill at the Frisco Adventure Park Frisco, Colorado The Frisco Tubing Hill at the Frisco Adventure Park is a wonderful place to play outside with family and friends this holiday season in Frisco, Colorado.  Now open for their second season, the Frisco Adventure Park has an amazing tubing hill that is great for all ages.  The tubing hill consists of several 1200 foot long lanes with lift service, no getting tired walking back up the hill!  They are open during the day and at night under the stars and lights they have set up. Hurray Beer! Frisco's Oktoberfest is back after a few years hiatus. The event was on-hold because Main Street vendors & residents felt the event created too many problems. Road closures, long hours, and excessive noise & drinking resulted in a decision that the 'party' be moved. With the recent development of the Frisco Peninsula area, Oktoberfest was reborn.  A picturesque mountain landscape in a location that makes everyone happy. My sons had staggered March winter breaks so flew the oldest in DC, myself out to link up with the youngest who goes to college in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A short but fun outdoor skiing trip in Colorado will clear your air. Talk about big mountains and plenty of them. Not one or two but reminded you are in the Rockies my friend. "Sally" a red 1998 jeep that four kids all learned how to hone their driving skills back in Maine was our dependable ride. "Sally" has moved to Colorado with youngest to help us get up and down, twist and turning around I-70. One highway that would not be fun to lose your brakes on.
