My picture window in the living room had a broken seal, so needed to call my glass company to have it replaced.    When replacing the glass, the technician pulled my blinds up as far as they would go to access the area. When he left, I wanted to close the blinds, but the big picture window blind was stuck and would not come down.  They are Hunter Douglas blinds, so they have a lifetime warranty.    I was given The Blindery's information to repair.   They said I could bring the blind in to repair, as they do not do in-home consultations right now. I was in the shop for a total of 5 minutes, and the technician used his trusty screwdriver, and unlocked the mechanism, and works great.    There was no cost for this repair. I would recommend this company, so if you need blinds, repairs, etc.,... 08/11/2021
