This Week The Median list price in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley AZ this week is $213,650.  The 1108 properties have been on the market for an average of 114 days.  With inventory and days-on-market basically unchanged and the Market Action Index increasing, the market is not sending strong directional signal for the near-term outlook. Supply and Demand The market has started cooling and prices have recently plateaued for a while.  Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we're in the Seller's zone.
