How do you all manage information for clients and keep up with so many digital things?

Hey all! I'm doing some research on how people keep up with others and how they keep track of information.

I was curious to know how you all manage to keep track of moving email, files and documents for different things together.

What are some tools you would reccomend in the space? And what's one thing that you wish they did better?
