Most have their own masks.

I do not since I am not a big fan of the masks in general, but I respect the fact that people are trying to be cautious.

I have masks and gloves available always.  But at this point in time, masks are required anyway, so I don't need to hand them out. Sometimes booties are required at listings where the owner lives there. And I always have hand sanitizer available whether in my office, car or going anywhere on appointments.

I have them in the car... but I don't normally do so. People know the drill by now and come with their own. I can't think of one instance when a client of mine showed up without their own masks.

I have a pack of them in my car in case one is needed. They have to sign a Covid form before showing can begin in it, it states they need masks. I also remind them of the protocols before we start showings.

Absolutely, and gloves, hand sanizer (their own personal size), shoe covers.  I also converted all bathrooms in my office to touchless soap dispensers and have clorox wipes if someone doesn't trust we're cleaning the bathroom between families then they are welcome to do so themselves (but we're being careful to clean between (not each person if a husband and wife both use it), but between clients and every agent behind themselves each use.

We also are not coming to work if we feel ill and/or have a fever.  I had one agent test positive back in June.  She never had any symptoms and it well may have been a false positive, but she stayed out of the office for 10 days past her results (14 days from the date of her test)... she had the test because she was going to have a medical procedure, not because she was ill.

I believe we all owe it to one another to take precautions.  And I believe I owe it to my sellers to make sure my buyers have masks.  And I owe it to my family to not to take risks.

We're doing almost everything digitally, but if a customer is meeting us in person, they have 100% of the time had their own masks.  But we do have some nice Mason-McDuffie branded masks that we ordered as well.  So yes, if needed, we have them, but no, we haven't had much use of them for clients.  I think everyone stocked up well before we were able to get a custom order done.
