There's NO charm to anything that weighs between 1 and 30 pounds and falls from the sky. Seeing them is bad enough but I've been watching their freefalls for around 20 years and even 40 degrees can force them to lose their grip. It's as if pythons, gators, bear & boar have been reduced to 2nd billing. Wildlife is what we've got!

 My cousin in Fort Myers hates them... except when the freezing weather makes them fall to the ground, then he feels sorry for them.  He admitted to bringing a few into his garage to let them warm up.

I think it is funny from a distance. If I were there, I don't think I'd want to see that sign. I guess it depends on your "ick" factor but I don't think it would really affect real estate for most people.
