I've not heard of this CRM ... before you decide research and continue to ask questions.  They say the best CRM is the one that you will actually use.  So be sure it will do the things you want in a CRM before you sign on the dotted line.

William, not aware of them and there are many solutions out there. A simple and inexpensive one is Realty Juggler and for more of a customized system with AI behind it is Salesforce.

I do not use Kunversion, their CRM product.

This is a product driven more by the lender side and enterprise side than the real estate side of the equation. Indicators of this trend will be:

Dependency on analytics and predictive data. 

Another indicator is will a long list of add-on (extra fee) features.

And finally, the most important feature you need in a CRM for 2020 is not present. Instead they support a budget/portal for ad buys.

And, when such a place talks about custom websites, they are not being truthful, they are always templates.

Do you need to know more?

What I do like about them is their first statement right out of my book, DON"T work for your CRM, make your CRM work for you.

The right crm for you depends on what your business needs.

Where your business is going.

And whether you want to included in the business that emerges in the next few years.

For the traditional, 2010, real estate agent WiseAgent.com is what you should be looking into. Write down the top 5 or 10 things you NEED your crm to do to grow your business. then you become a buyer rather than someone being sold to.
