we had it in a condo we rented on vacation, but it was under tile and it was so nice...warm feet in the bathroom!

We considered it when building but did not since we had plywood on an insulation pad on top of the slab. It never gets realy cold.

No need for it in Phoenix. But I did have 'warmed' flooring when I had a home up north. That was great in the winter.

Never heard of Warmboard, but many around here do have hot water pipes running below the floor for heat.

It's a great idea if you can do it especially in a finished basement or a familyroom on slab. Haven't heard of that brand.
