Wow, septic inspections are not required?
Here in AZ, the system MUST be inspected,certified and pumped every time it changes hands unless it had been done within 6 months.

I have had to do septic inspections in our East County.

Escondido is horse country and where Wild Animal Park is located and it's a lot of wells and septic out there.
