What is more important... blood or oxygen?  You can't pick just one.  They are all important.  It's all about loyalty to your clients best interests... not your own.  

Each fiduciary duty is as imporant as the other.  So I would agree with a number of my peers ... they are all important.

The best explanation I ever heard about what is conflict of interest is that it happens when someone is wearing two hats at the same time, and they are in competition.

A fiduciary duty is a trust...not to be in a conflict of interest with respect to that duty.  Ever.  (my definition)

How does it get maintained?  At bottom, with deep self respect.

Honesty, integrity, competence, in that order.
