The paint color is the least of the worries in this place!  

Ewwwww. This one definitely needs repainting. OR it can be covered with psychedelic stuff and billed as a "Laugh-in" kitchen.

Well...they have the potential to be kinda cool.  I'd say keep the cabinets but make the doors and drawers match, switch out the counter tops to something with wow, and stylize the appliances and light fixtures.   

Hope not!  Definitely repaint all the cabinets.

It's hard to see the green from all the distractions.  It will return, but with a fancier name.

Get rid of it! But styles cycle.  I was surprised this year to see a new home with purple as the wall color.  Reminded me of the 1980's.

A can of off white enamel will make a world of difference. I don't think we will see this color again in my lifetime.

When was that color of green ever in style.  I'm glad I missed that trend. 

Someone picked that shade.. it's like Kermit said, not easy being green. Or green with envy. Mopar muscle car colors could come back in... dare to be different and it was a color on sale.... deeply discounted.

A certain shade of green works as not all green qualifies.

Jeff Pearl The only thing missing is the avocado green appliances. Maybe that's when the cabinets were last painted. Repaint!

Dark green is fine. It is the clutter of the kitchen worries us to death...

I hope this color never comes back. Didn't know it was ever "in." First step is to clean up. Then definitely repaint.

I would say paint would be the way to go in this case.  I'd suggest white or black.

The pig cutting board above the stove really tells the story of this kitchen.

For that room the color screams integrity.

We had green cabinets in the 70's and they were beautiful.

Difficult to get full idea of green with all the extra goodies.  I am thinking painting a secondary thought right now.  It does tend to pop out though doesn't it.  With all I am reading of whites having come back I am betting the green should go along with everything else.  Mark
