Yes, we're in the slow season for a few months now

it starts Wed. here.... and mothers can't wait.... the gym can't wait.... it's been a long summer for some!!!!

School starts a week BEFORE Labor Day in our area and ends at the end of May .  We historically have a slower period between  8/20 - 9/15 ish ! 

It started about 3 weeks ago and as it always does, the market has slowed down some but it is still moving and active.

Our schools begin after Labour Day.  I've found September to be my busiest month each year!

School start Aug 15 and less people putting homes on the market now.

School starts after Labor Day. Right now we are in the last few days of summer and the area has many tourists in town. Many of these are potential buyers for us, so we are busy.

School begind September 6 in the city and has already started in he suburbs! Market does slow but never goes away!

It's slower now with end of the season vacations and a focus on back to school  School starts next week and after that, activity will pick up again until the holidays hit.

Universities started today.   There are still parents who are desperately seeking low-priced houses near the schools.

Many different school districts in our area.  There are staggered start times. It does not really have an impact on the market.   Drive safely.  Always.

It starts here the day after Labor Day!

Private schools started last week, public schools start here in Charlotte tomorrow!  I know a LOT of excited parents!  Commuters...not so excited!  LOL  Business typically picks back up in September here.

No effect on the market, never work for kids.  But it does sometimes effect our labor pool if we have projects involving college students.

yes. More sellers. This year sellers are surprised that their homes are not sold quickly.
