I'd say 10am and o'dark thirty on a cold and wet winter night with a flashlight. Never again ... lesson learned.

Late at Night

The earliest is 8am as our supras don't provide access prior to. And the latest was 8pm--again because so many supras are set to lock you out at 8pm.

9 a.m. (our lockboxes begin to work at 8 am) and 11 p.m. and with a flashlight.  Those people bought two homes.  Most recently was last fall where I had a 10 am to 10 pm day with a client.  She also bought the last house we were leaving (for the second time that day) with a flashlight to get back to the car.

8:00am & 9:00pm

pre arranged with the client and the listing agent: 6am (military client on the way to the base) vacant property of course. I'm an early riser anyhow, so I didn't mind. I typically do most anything for military clients within my boundaries and occasionally outside them.

7pm is typically the latest as I don't start my last tour of homes any later than 6pm these days. 

FYI, always double check the pre-sets on the property lockbox with the listing agent. Many lock boxes by default are in lock-down from 9pm-7am unless the agent customizes it for you.

Never before 8am or after 7pm!

I do not recall very early or very late showings. The electronic lockboxes prohibit these times.

I did a final walk through at 7AM last week the latest i think was 9PM.

6 am...and 1 am...both properties were vacant...My client worked very odd and long hours

Really, really early, but never all that late.  You need some light.

The earliest is 7am and I think the latest was 8pm. 

I have shown around 6:30 in the morning and 9:00 at night.

I never met anyone too early, and the latest showings I had was around 9pm, vacant properties tour. Some clients work 15 hour days, it is not easy for them. 

8 AM and 9 pm.

properties should not be shown in the dark....you only need to show it again in the daylight before anyone pulls the trigger....so, the latest is before dark!!

the earliest has been after sunrise with new construction....especially if the future buyer is a transferee....

Don't remember the earliest, but have gone til 9pm in the summer.

The earliest was land at 6:30 am. The latest is 8pm for me.

Before 7AM and around 10PM.   

Earliest was 5AM.  I arranged it with the building guards to open the space, and we had a catered breakfast with champagne, orange juice and bagels.  We had a signed offter, he wanted his wife to see the sunrise from the 360 degree view of the penthouse.  

Never later than 6PM, and that was rare because no one wanted to be stuck in traffic in LA

Our lockboxes don't allow anyone in prior to 9:00 am so that is the earliest.  The lates was probably 6:30 or 7:00 pm.

As early as 6am and as late as 1am. Certain conditions apply and it's not a common occurrence.

I try to keep everythng to daylight hours, but sometimes in the winter this is difficult.

I don't track such metrics.
