I am happy with the number of sales but would like to move up the average sale price which I am doing.

I was once happy with my business and worked a 40-50 hour week and then the 2006 crash hit.  Nowhere near being content now.

I have retired from the business.

Always open to new ways to grow my business. I just investigated something from Buffini yesterday & the cost per month gave me pause. It was just a contact mgmt system & a newsletter basically for $140/month.

Spending money wisely is no problem. Doing bus benches that don't work is wasting time & money.

Always growing all of the businesses.

I would like to grow our business a bit. We'd like to retire some day and that takes $$$.

Not sure if I could grow from last year much without compromising on service.  Did hire a TC and will help this coming year.

Yes, I would say that I am willing on both counts. Money is easy to spend and waste in our business, but time is irreplaceable.

Of course we all want growth.  I have agents who haven't sold anything in a year.  Others average 3-7 a month.  It all averages out.  My goal this year is to add at least one agent per month.
