My guess is 143, assuming only 1 letter can have triple letter score.  I need to check the board.  I haven't played in ages.

Edit:  119.  It's impossible to get both triple letter and triple words score from same word.

Mary Yonkers I haven't played Scrabble in years. Sunday afternoon with the family was devoted to playing Scrabble when I was in High School.

I come up with 275. The letters are worth 23, but the L and U are both double letter scores. That brings the word to 25. It covers two Triple Word Score spaces, so it's tripled (75) and tripled again (225). Add the 50-point bonus for using all of your letters and it's 275.
