Yes, and have spoken to boards and associations on it. It is not a negative report like previously commented on. What it is, is an assessement of change that came out of the 2012 ReThink NAR initiative and was organized by the Swaenpoel T3 group. I would recommend people rwead it, just like I tell people they should study new business models that are disrupting and changing industries like Uber, VRBO, Legal Zoom, etc.
