I used to be, I worked for Colbert Coldwell & Benjamin Banker for 12 years.

Then my first company was Cashin & Company Realty and that was Skip Cashin.

I think the brand in general is only as good as the reputation of the individual agents behind it and people hire sales-people, not sales-companies. I think agents think of the brand more than the public.
