Since Roger D. Mucci has sorta already answered for me I will repeat "It Depends" because it's true.  Typically, my "routine" is to post and then comment on those I follow.  I don't usually "search" out features.   I don't ask many questions in that section but do try to answer the ones that are quick.  

Q&A first then head over to the blog scroll. 

I usually post a blog first, then go to my commenters, and comment on blogs, then to the Q & A section.  Sometimes this part has to be in the last evening if the phone rings at 8 am.

I've been doing questions first.  I have not been blogging as much.  The thing that gets me biz are my epic posts...just doing one per month.

I blog first and then comment on other's posts followed by commenting on posts to my blogs time permitting! Guilty of following a select group and not branching out!

Good morning Lise. I write my blogs at least a week ahead of time, blogs are scheduled, so my focus would be to comment and answer questions.

I never look for featured blogs, primarily the rainers that I follow, if they have a feature all the better.

I usually come in here late, by that time i'm very tired, so I do read others' blogs and participate in some A&Q discussions.

Depends on the day.  When I have had time to post the next day's post ahead of time and scheduled it. I read blogs of those I follow...today, I started with questions, commented on one or two, wrote the post.  Then we left for an all day meeting, and I finished commenting when we got back..all depends.  A

I answerd questions first then I read and comment on blogs.

I mainly write a post first. That is my main objective on AR...writing posts. 

I blog first if I have an idea

I don't have a set pattern. Depends on what I have time for. Typically blogging would not be first on the agenda due to time constraints. Doing questions first is quicker and easier.

It depends on how much time I have, the time of day, and the season. Right before Halloween it seemed every other post was about the holiday, time change, change smoke detectors batteries, etc. so shifts like that impact what I do.

Have to get the brain going over coffee.  Comment first - blog last.

I post after I do "the rounds".... comment first...then Q & A.... I rarely go to features....I like to comment and welcome 1st post section with new members.... there's nothing worse than being new and having no comments.... 

Followed posts and comments first; questions second and if I think of a post last.

These days I go to the Q&A section first then the blogs I follow then the featured blogs and if I have time, other blogs.

I comment on blogs first. I usually reciprocate comments first and if I have less than 20 then I go to the ones I am following.

Well, I'm breaking my rules today, but normally I read/comment first, then glance at Q&As and then post.

I typically respond to blogs, looking first at recent posts.

Questions first, comments second. As to when I post it depends on my day... sometimes before I do anything else (like today) and sometimes in between the other AR activities, and sometimes at the end.

I go to Q&A first, then blogs, then I open the ActiveRain Daily Drop email for more blog posts that I may have missed. I then go to the photography groups to look at some photos.

Generally comment first, and somedays I go to those I follow, some days newbies, somedays general blog roll.

I Blog first, then answer comments and last of all Q & As

I first look at the notifications.  I check where people commented on something of mine, tagged me somewhere and I follow back those that follow me.  Then I head over to the Q&A section because it is quick.  Then if I have time left, I check out the blogs for the day.

I do Q&A, read blogs and lastly write a blog. I like learning before sharing I guess.
