During presentation, I explain what I'm going to do, but I do not leave them the copy of it, unless they ask me to. Yet, I notify and update my clients about all I do to market their property.

Jillian - I typically will share everything about my marketing plan to potential clients who do not know me. If I have a referral client, or know my client personally, there usually is no need to go into great detail.
