In the general scope of things, real estate results are not ever disasters. I like to keep things in perspective.

It used to take forever, but now we just go on to the next one, since you can't do anything about the past.

Depends on the disaster, regroup come up with a plan, or let the deal die.

I let my body determine its needs. When my butterflies have ceased fluttering, and the solar plexus area is still, then it has passed. It may try to rear its ugly head again, but its powers are diminished

After 15 years in the business, I can't really think of any thing real estate related I would put in the disaster category. Bad news...I ask myself, "was there anything I could have done differently which may have resulted in a better outcome?" I'm over it as soon as I answer that question.

It depends on the particulars but usually not too long. In the grand scheme of things in life, bad news or a 'disaster' with a listing or sale is not something we should allow to affect us much. Some things are out of our control.

Usually one night's worth of sleep. That's all I allow myself. After that you just need to move forward.

About as long as it takes me to count to ten; sometimes back but that is it!
