Hi Susan Emo - December tends to be the slowest here since people are getting into the holiday spirit.
I would have assumed that your slow time would be in the winter months since a good chunk of your trading area is a tourist / cottage country area.

Our market downtime is around the first of the year. Summer is just an extension of the Spring market.

Hi Susan, I and my fellow agents in the SF-Bay Area July is usually one of our busiest, steam gathers as early as Feb-March increasing in June and July, slowing in late fall early winiter November -January. Come February-March we start heating up again. With low inventory and continuing strong buyer demand, seller's market conditions have prevailed for nearly 2years...and counting !
