Agent Marketing allows you to assign a text code to a property, but I'm sure there are other places you can get the service, as well.
When someone texts the code to what is called the short code, the texter automatically receives a mobile version of the individual property website. You receive the phone number from which the text was sent so you can call or text a personal response to the person inquiring.
The buyer of one of my listings last year initially contacted me via the text code I assigned to that property.
The text code is another useful tool in a Realtor's arsenal.
If you have any questions about it, feel free to give me a call. If you'd like to see how what I'm currently using works, text "PaseoCielo" to 79564.

I'm going to look into a few options and will share if I find something that works.

Tammy Adams - I've always used the text codes in conjunction with the single property websites, but you can also go to Personal and select My Texts from the drop down menu to create a text code and custom response, such as a link to your non-Agent Marketing website.
The buyer of one of my listings last year first contacted me via the property text code.

Jill Murty, Realtor i used them for a short while but ended up doing more dedicated website pages on my own website. I did like that feature. I was hoping to replace it with another service that doesn't require me to use their website page. I found I was managing too many pages. But they are great if you don't have a website and want to create one for each property. So they are definitely a great option.

I have not used any of them, haven't seen any signs like that around town either.
