Certifications
I assist buyers and seller of residential properties throughout Guilford County, with particular emphasis on he purchase and sale of older and historic homes. I completed the Historic Real Estate Program conducted by through the National Trust for Historic Preservation for the education of real estate professionals representing buyers and sellers of historic and older homes and am a member of Preservation North Carolina and Preservation Greensboro. I volunteer at Architectural Salvage (operated by Preservation Greensboro) and am active in the Charles B. Aycock Historic District’s neighborhood association (where my wife and I live in a 96-year-old Arts & Crafts bungalow). I have earned the designations of Graduate - Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I continue to attend professional educational opportunities across the country - the Real Estate industry is too complication and evolving to ever stop learning.
