Get to Know Thomas Goss

I has been in the real estate business for 5 years after retiring from International Business Machine Corp. A life long resident of the Hudson Valley, except for eight years in New Jersey. Thirty four years of professional work in the customer service division and quality control area with IBM has allowed Tom to focus on the service oriented business of real estate.

I believes in Education and has already completed my certification as a relocation representative for Prudential. He also has completed all of the requirements for his GRI Certification (Graduate Realtor Institute), and he has earned his Broker's License and is now an Associate Broker in his Stone Ridge Prudential office. Tom also is a Certified EcoBroker and has his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation.

I am looking to open doors to a greener world by helping to educate both buyers and sellers in the energy, enviromental and health issues affecting real estate today. I plan on doing this by being part of the Green Real Estate movement.
