I am a retired (or should that be "tired") nurse with 3 diplomas and 2 degrees that made me a respected and well-liked adult educator. I taught at a local university after deciding to leave active nursing, but now do neither. I decided on Real Estate as a career when I put together my skill list and realized I could serve others, educate, care and nurture clients, plus get paid for my work!
I love the business! I have fun, delight in meeting new people, helping them and watching their delight. I cater to a smallish group so that the level of service I provide can remain excellent, and I am not shy about asking satisfied clients for referrals. I reward the referee...
I live with my spouse and 2 cats in a strata house in Mission, BC. Having given up the "big house" last year, we have adjusted well, and love spending time together, with our family (6 kids, 12 grandkids!), going cruising, reading, walking etc. Life is GOOD! One of our goals is to return to community theatre, and to enroll as "extras" in the Vancouver area.
As an Accredited Staging professional Realtor, I offer extended service, and I have a list of reliable professionals whom I can call on for other aspects of home buying or selling. I provide every client with extensive information about the process of buying/selling and believe in educating and informing my clients in all aspects of this business.

I deal largely with resale homes and have sold many new construction homes also. Retirees, first-time buyers, those upsizing or downsizing can all call me for assistance. I have a broad understanding of all age groups, and build rapport with my clientele with no difficulty. I keep in touch throughout the process and do not walk away after being paid! I am knowledgeable about my demographic area, having lived in the Fraser Valley for well over 35 years, and know much of the municipal planning in Mission. I can extend my area to Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and Chilliwack in the Fraser Valley as I have lived in the valley for MANY years....
I provide each new client with a binder absolutely full of pertinent information and tailored to their specific needs. This becomes not only a reference guide, but an ideal spot to park all those papers, contracts, etc. etc.
