Certifications
Most of my legal career has involved real estate or real estate finance law. I've represented buyers and sellers in residential and commercial deals all over the state, but most of my experience has been in the Albany and Hudson Valley Regions. I've spent a few years representing lenders in foreclosure litigation, and that experience has helped me considerably in dealing with lenders and property sellers in foreclosure.
