Ms. McElroy is a freelance attorney who regularly represents clients in complicated real estate transactions. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting agreements relating to the acquisition and disposition of real property and business assets, together with related financing issues. In addition, she represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, routinely handling issues concerning the ownership, operation, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties, including land use and zoning issues faced by clients.
