I have listed MANY properties for sale in Harford County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City, including MANY short sale listings! So I know what it is like to work with unusual circumstances - whether financial, estates, divorces or just weird houses!
I also provide a $500 Warranty to all my non-short sale listings. The warranty covers YOU as seller during the time that you have your property listed. I, as your listing agent, pay that as a gift at closing on your behalf for the buyer. It is good for one year for the buyer from the date of settlement. Warranties help houses sell faster.
