I became a licensed real estate agent when I moved to Williamsburg, Virginia in 1988.  Once I had my license, I sought out a local real estate company with strong roots in the community. When I found a company that has been open in Williamsburg since 1885, and that still maintained its family traditions and small town values, I knew I had found the right fit with Brooks Real Estate.

With some progressive management, and a lot of hard work by a lot of good people, we have grown our company into one of the premiere real estate companies in the area, maintaining our family values along the way. 

Our programs include: residential brokerage, trading under the Coldwell Banker flag, as Coldwell Banker Traditions; Commercial Sales and Leasing under the Coldwell Banker Commerical Brooks Real Estate flag; and the finest management of commercial properties, residential properties, and homeowner associations in our market area under the Brooks Real Estate, LLC masthead.

Our program continues to include cutting edge technology with an Internet Based Marketing Platform, while assuring that we maintain a personal relationship with our clients.

We continue to have great success, even in the difficult market we recently emerged from.
