My name is Ryan Boody. I am the Vice President at First Nations Mortgage.
I have been in the mortgage industry for the past 7 years in different capacities. I previously worked for a company as Vice President and my main job duties were to create the company from scratch, which has now been turned into a multi-million dollar company.
Subsequently though I have decided to get back into strictly originating mortgage loans, which is what I enjoy doing. The company that I work for specializes in residential mortgage, however also has the capacity to do commercial lending as well.
We have programs for all credit types from your 500+ borrowers upto your 800 credit score borrowers. I have programs for primary homes, second homes and investment properties. All housing types are available as well as rates as low as 1% are available. The only fees that I charge to my clients are a processing fee of $475. Some programs though are available w/o any closing costs from the client.
My concept of business is that of charging my clients less while still being able to give the prompt and professional service that all clients deserve. I have seen all too many times of mortgage companies charging large amounts of points and still not giving the service that this job requires. I am rewarded by knowing that I did the best I could for each client and that is seen in that on an average month about 75% of my business comes from previous clients or referrals of previous clients.
