I started working in my Real Estate career in February of 2002 as a Loan Officer for a direct lender part of Century 21. I obtained my Realtor's license in September of 2003 and later joined Interinvestments Realty in May of 2004. As a full time realtor, I was trained to deal with any type of transactions involving the purchase or sale of real estate. In order to increase my knowledge base in this field, I have spent some time researching and training in other opportunities within the real estate market, such as Foreclosures, HUDs, REO's, Short Sales, Pre-construction, Luxury Homes, Commercial Leases and Sales, and Land sales, etc. Currently, I specialize in Pre-construction, Foreclosures, Short Sales and in the Luxury Home market given the excellent opportunities currently available in South Florida. I have sold over 12 Million dollars in properties in the past few years and have vast experience in the foreign buyers market. Since January of 2009 I have been subcontracted to do BPOs (Broker Price Opinions) for U.S. Real Estate Services, Inc. I am fluent in English, Spanish and French, with some knowledge in Russian.
I am currently a member of the Latin Builders of America, the Junior Chamber of Commerce, and The Luxury Home Marketing Club, The Council of Residential Specialists Club, and with vast experience in the South Florida luxury home market. I have obtained designations such as Certified REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Council of Residential Specialist), and TRC (Trans-National Referral Certification). I have completed but are in the process of also obtaining the designations of CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and becoming a member of The Million Dollar Guild. I was voted in the top 5 Top Producers of Interinvestments Realty and acted as Field Manager for my company helping other realtors acquire the knowledge necessary to reach and fulfill their goals in real estate.

| Elizabeth is a professional that perfectly knows her job and does everything necessary to keep the customer satisfaction. We had a little negative experience with the first property we were looking at, but the second one was a really good deal. |
