Having sold a chiropractic clinic after nearly 12 years in practice, I attempted to retire in the American Caribbean better known as the Florida keys. Retirement was not part of my plan and soon found myself buying and selling real estate full time. I have always enjoyed real estate and have benn rewarded with good decisions based on good advice.  As a real estate sales associate I now am able to advise buyers and sellers on what the market conditions are  what makes a smart transaction. Real estate is my passion. Real estate is not an limited 40 per week job but rather one that requires a long 7 day work week. Having a realtor that truly loves his or her career will guaruntee they will perform a service beyond the buyer or sellers expectations.
