I was born and raised in Columbia, SC. I speak Cantonese and English. Some would say I have a southern accent when I speak English, and some say I have an English accent when I speak Cantonese. Either way, I have no problem communicating with others, especially in business. I'm a licensed broker in South Carolina, and I enjoy the real estate business. I've been ranked in the top 15% of my market for the past 5 years, having been in the business about 10 years.

I come from a marketing/public relations background, and find myself comfortable with any type of client--whether it's a million dollar purchaser or an investor looking for a great deal. My expertise ranges from custom new construction to foreclosure properties. It is my belief that it's important to be genuine and nice. I apply this in my business practice as well as in my personal life. I find that "paying it forward" always seems to come back to me.
