Get to Know Kerry Joslyn
As a lifetime resident of the Reno area, I have served as a real estate professional for over a decade. I am dedicated to serving my client's needs and work 24/7 to help them achieve their goals. As a result of the multiple transactions which I close each year, I have been able to build and expand my knowledge and expertise of the local area. Working in Reno, Sparks, the North Valleys, as far east as Fallon and as far south as the Carson Valley, I have extensive experience in various areas and sectors of the market.
My focus is on sellers and buyers, and I especially enjoy working with the military, law enforcement, the elderly and first time home buyers. I am a great listener and can quickly match my client's needs to homes available on the market.
Every transaction is top of mind for my client, and as a result top of mind for me. As your representative I will always be available to you and will guide you through your transaction with ease.

| While I was researching agents from out of town to sell my mothers house, I came across several who were eager and ambitious to list her house in a thriving market. After speaking with them, Kerry was the only one to take the time to actually research and ask the needs of our family as well as sensitive to our individual situation. She listed the house at a fair market value and walked my mother through the entire process without unwanted pressure as I was a thousand miles away. The house closed with no unforseen circumstances from either party. Kerry is very knowledgeable of the entire process, including lending. | Kerry was very knowledgeable with selling our house. She studied the neighborhood and took the time to become familiar with the area. All of her paperwork showed us she took the time to do all the necessary research in order to sell our house at the right price. When she first visited our house, she really looked for details, explaining what possibly FHA may require to be done. Kerry was very thorough in her work and very cheerful! Her communication skills were excellent and I recommend her for any future sales or purchasing a home that you may be considering. |

| From the day I met Kerry she was a good listener about my situation. I liked her honesty about was necessary to successfully sell my home. She made sure that I had showing during the winter months. Not all realtors are willing to bother during the snowy winter. Kerry always checked back with me about things. Such as paperwork, treatment of my house during showings and what I might do to improve my chances of a quick and solid sale. Best of all she is a kind, honest, hardworking gal. I like that she is also interested in her own family. Some realtors just look for a quick sale and that is not always the right answer. You want to know what is just and fair for all parties. Kerry will do her best to see that happens. |

| Kerry was recommended to me by a friend, and I went to her, afraid and unsure of the process I was going to be going through to sell my home. She was up front and honest about what I was going through with selling a house I didn’t want to lose, and initially, recommended programs to help me try and keep my home, not pushing to get my listing. After trying that, I went back to Kerry and she helped me understand how the sale, and a potential short sale, would be. Kerry kept me up to date on feedback from potential buyers, and how the market was going. When the house sold, the paperwork and process was easy to follow, and she worked with me to find a time that was right to finish off the process. | We were actually looking for a rental when I called and kerry answered she asked why a rental we explained because of a bankruptcy and a foreclosure we thought we could never buy again. We were wrong and now have a beautiful home thanks to Kerry. Kerry worked very hard at finding us the perfect home. She never got frustrated with us at saying no let's keep looking. | Kerry was recommended to me by my loan officer. And it was an excellent recommendation! I don't believe I could have gotten the home I purchased without her professional help. She was an excellent negotiator, extremely knowledgeable about the methods and processes needed, and stayed on every problem that cropped up. The home I wished to buy was well over 50 miles from her normal territory so she was not extremely knowledgeable about the area, but that did not impinge in anyway on her efforts and work on my behalf. If, God forbid, I ever have to sell this house or by another house, I hope she is still in the area and working in real estate, for I would certainly pick her again as my agent. | Kerry Joslyn is a great realtor. Her knowledge and expertise helped me find the ideal house I was looking for and quickly close a deal with the seller. She also went out of her way and helped me with an appliance delivery by taking time out of her day and being present at my house when I was busy working so my fridge could be delivered and installed. |
