| Kim came to me by way of one of my close friends' excellent experience with her buying investment property in Jupiter, FL. Therefore I believe that my recommendation has double value. Kim is an absolute expert in S. Florida real estate... she jumped right into my requests and helped me find a great deal. She took care of all aspects of the deal and became my advocate with the seller and the mortgage company when the bank got weird with the lower than expected appraisal.
