| If I could describe Kendra in one word, it would be "patient". She worked with us for over a year on two different moving opportunities and countless amount of house showings all over East Fayetteville before we settled on a house. We probably are Kendra's longest customers because of the difficulties we presented in our move from Louisiana. She worked with our schedule, our taste, our budget and our location and despite all the changes we threw at her, never once did she lose her trademark joyful, positive nature-even though at times it looked as if we would never even buy a house at all. I would recommend Kendra to anyone looking for a house. She is never defeated by any challenges and is a very supportive agent! |

| Kendra was the sellers agent on the house we bought. Because it was a short sale it took a little time and Kendra helped us way more than our own agent did. If we had it to do over we would hire her 10 times before we would our agent. Kendra is AWSOME at what she does and we tell our friends about her all the time. If you are looking to buy or sell Kendra is the best we have found |

| Kendra helped me sell my house in a short sale following my divorce. She was very supportive and caring . She did work very hard and the process is lengthy. It took from September to February to complete. We were asked many times for documents which I got to her and she relayed them to the bank. I was selling a house on Arkansas and living in Georgia so everything was done by email and fax. She does know the process for short sales and that knowledge helped me in a very difficult time. |

| In 2011 I asked Kendra to help me find a home for my daughter and I. I described what I wanted from the kind of home to the school system. Kendra searched and found me the home I live in today. She was with me every step of the way and explained things when the underwirters and bankers tried talking over my head. When people see my home and find out the price range I paid for it they generally are in shock. |
